This role partners with restaurant leadership to execute daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure every shift reflects our commitment to Operational Excellence and genuine hospitality. Position Type Full-Time Part-Time What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (closed every Sunday) Leadership development and intentional coaching Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Direct mentorship from an experienced Operator and Leadership Team Scholarship opportunities A positive, purpose-driven work environment where you can make a meaningful impact Free meals while working Responsibilities Lead shifts with excellence while creating a calm, positive, and productive environment Model genuine hospitality by creating remarkable guest experiences Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members through real-time feedback Support the training and onboarding of new Team Members Hold yourself and others accountable to Chick-fil-A standards and restaurant expectations Execute daily operational systems with excellence, including food safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations Open and/or close the restaurant as a trusted key holder Complete cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-day procedures Identify opportunities to improve systems, productivity, and the overall guest experience Foster a positive team culture where people feel challenged, supported, and valued Qualifications Demonstrates integrity, humility, and a servant's heart Passionate about serving both guests and Team Members Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Takes initiative and exercises sound judgment Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Committed to coaching and developing others Dependable with reliable transportation Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required.
