We are hiring reliable Custodial Workers to join a professional facility in the Coral Gables area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with janitorial, housekeeping, environmental services, porter, or commercial cleaning experience looking for steady hours and long-term employment.

Pay: $19.80/hr

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Clean restrooms, offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize workspaces
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products
• Perform deep cleaning projects as needed
• Report maintenance or repair issues
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout the shift
• Basic English skills
• Attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $41200.00 - $41200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
