Lead Java Developer

Salary: $128,000 - 168,000 per year Requirements:

• 10 years of core Java experience, including hands-on design and development of scalable, distributed, highly responsive financial applications.
• Experience with Java, REST and microservices, asynchronous messaging, Angular or another single-page application JavaScript framework, Oracle and related technologies.
• Strong experience with relational databases and SQL, including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and related concepts.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Agent to develop code.
• Local candidates able to work onsite in St. Petersburg 2–3 days per week; we are not offering work visa sponsorship at this time.
• Angular experience is a plus; full-stack experience is preferred.

• Design and develop backend Java applications, primarily using Spring Boot and REST.
• Contribute to full-stack development, including Angular user interface screens as needed.
• Work with Jenkins and related continuous delivery practices.
