About the Role
Join a leading commercial mechanical construction team as a Detailer based out of Colorado Springs, CO. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated 3D models for mechanical, piping, and plumbing scopes.

• Lead clash detection and coordination sessions with other trades.

• Generate spool sheets, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.

• Partner with field leadership to align modeling output with installation needs.

• Maintain BIM standards, content libraries, and workflow documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related bim/vdc role within commercial mechanical, HVAC, or construction.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, healthcare, data center, life science, or institutional projects.

• Familiarity with modern construction technology, tools, and workflows.
