Associate Director, Process & Digital

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to manage process optimization and digital operations for Clinical Risk Management. The role coordinates administrative functions, user engagement, vendor oversight, and audit readiness across CRM tools and services across multiple North American and European locations.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate approved workflow improvements
• Administer CRM digital tools, maintain support routines, and triage user questions and technical issues
• Plan and facilitate super-user forums to drive adoption of approved changes and gather feedback
• Serve as primary contact for vendor coordination, deliverables, meetings, and escalation management
• Organize audit and inspection evidence, maintain readiness materials, and support compliance responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, business, or related field
• Experience in process optimization and operational improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated vendor and service provider coordination capabilities
• Knowledge of governance administration and compliance documentation
• Proficiency with digital tools, portals, and metadata management systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
