Job DetailsResponsible for problem resolution in the absence of managementAssist with issuing disciplinary paperwork for policy & procedure violations as needed up to and including terminationAssist with training of all food production and sanitationAssist with placing food orders with distributors and keeping inventoryMaintain coolers and freezers to meet sanitation requirementsMonitor all activities for safety, report all hazards and injuries to managementMaintain a fully effective staff, all in or send home upon customer demandComplete reports required by management such as waste lists and food usageInform management of customer preferences for menu updates and assist in menu developmentAssist all other food service areas as needed or requiredAll other duties as assigned by managementEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
