Provide hands-on technical support to corporate employees and field personnel through a walk-up support desk. This role supports laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices while resolving incidents and maintaining accurate technology assets.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to corporate employees and field personnel.
* Resolve hardware, software, and user-reported incidents.
* Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Install and support required software applications.
* Track and maintain technology asset records.
* Perform routine system maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in desktop support.
