The role involves providing full‑time IT legal support services using various programs. You will independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs for litigation environment applications, such as litigation support databases, management systems, and analytical systems. This includes translating requirements into code, testing, debugging, refining, improving efficiency, developing data entry screens, user interfaces, standard reports, and specialized and ad‑hoc reports. Responsibilities Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs. Translate program requirements into program code. Test, debug, and refine programs to process data per specifications. Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time. Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces. Generate specialized and ad‑hoc reports. Qualifications United States Citizen. Substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the systems environment. At least two years of directly applicable experience. At least three years of overall programming experience, including large‑scale database management systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Undergraduate degree strongly preferred (Computer Science or Information Management/Technology). Preferred Qualifications Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments.
