Job Summary Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Here, you’ll collaborate with innovative thinkers and help businesses make the most of their financial and accounting opportunities. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients. Requirements Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience Payroll experience - Payroll process, tax, and Regulations Self-starter and willingness to learn Able to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) Excellent attention to detail Solid interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational/time management skills Qualifications Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner Reconcile payroll-related accounts Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour Benefits We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance Culture, and More! Compensation & Benefits The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits. Our salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
