POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Required: Medical Degree from an accredited institution.

• Required: Residency training in orthopedic surgery.

• Required: Fellowship in Spine Surgery (1 year) from an accredited program.

Licenses & Certifications:

• State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty training in Spine Surgery.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience.
