The ideal candidate will possess a love for baking, cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure kitchen environment. As a pastry cook you will play an integral role in preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality desserts and baked goods in accordance with the standards we have in our establishment. This role requires creativity, precision, and consistency, as well as a strong understanding of classic and contemporary pastry techniques.
