Vaco Arizona is hiring a Dispatcher for a top company in Tolleson! This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with a shift from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, plus on-call responsibilities every third weekend. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between drivers and management; coordinate and dispatch deliveries efficiently Assign routes and schedules based on driver availability and service needs Monitor and adjust dispatch schedules as needed to maintain efficiency Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Review driver documentation, including pre-trip inspections and reimbursements Communicate delivery instructions and real-time updates to drivers Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations Handle and resolve dispatch or delivery issues as they arise Respond to customer inquiries and provide status updates on orders Report any safety concerns or incidents to management Requirements Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required) Basic knowledge of GPS and routing systems Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
