Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders. Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure quality care and compliance. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to offer a holistic treatment approach that enhances client outcomes. Assist clients in navigating and accessing additional mental health resources, thereby empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications A recognized master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, demonstrating your qualifications to practice. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy or counseling services in a professional setting. Strong communication skills with experience using telehealth technology for therapy delivery, ensuring clarity and connection with clients. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
