This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive logistics plans and creating clear, visually compelling controls to support project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or construction, creative and technical graphic communication skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools to convey complex information in an intuitive way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop detailed logistics plans for construction projects, including site utilization, material flow, and sequencing.Design visuals to communicate construction concepts effectively to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.Utilize graphics tools such as PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visual content.Maintain and update logistics plans throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.Support BIM/VDC integration for logistics planning; experience with Revit or similar tools is preferred.Ensure all visual materials adhere to company branding standards and effectively communicate critical information.Strong grasp of graphic design principles, including layout, formatting, hierarchy, and visual clarity to ensure all visuals are both functional and professionally presented.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure logistics strategies align with project goals.Educate and empower our field teams by providing templates, workflows, and training to help our teams make simple modifications to our deliverables.Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to facilitate the storyboard process.Flexibility to scale deliverables and adapt to the changing project needs.Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Graphic Design or related field.5+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or related discipline.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Illustrator; strong graphic design and visualization skills.Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and safety considerations.Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skillsAbility to help teammates learn, grow and develop their professional skillsAbility to work in a collaborative environment as well as independentlyOUR PROMISE TO YOUCompany culture is based on integrity of leadership, high performance, care & connection, development, and continuous improvement.Unlimited opportunity for organic growth where our leaders grow from within the organization.Security and stability of a consistent top 20 ENR contractor.Respectful, trusting, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.We are a performance-based company with an excellent career development program.
