Commercial & Residential Loss Control Consultant-Independent Contractor

Independent contractor needed to conduct physical on‑site field inspections and Loss Control services for our customers. We assist clients in making the right underwriting decisions. Responsibilities Construct the risk assessment. Take exterior measurements to obtain square footage. Take photographs of hazards and conditions of the insured property. Provide details of the insured operations. Work schedule Inspectors set their own hours and must organize their time to meet our clients’ needs and deadlines. Requirements Motivated to travel to assigned areas; economical transportation recommended. Good verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license.
