Mobile Service Technician – Courtesy Ford of Norfolk
Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is hiring a Mobile Service Technician ! You’ll drive our Mobile Service Van to customer homes and workplaces to handle basic service needs and recalls.

What You’ll Do:
Provide a great customer experience at each stop
Travel to customer locations and complete scheduled services
Perform maintenance/repairs quickly and accurately
Stay up to date with Ford training and bulletins
Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license
ASE certification (Ford certifications a plus)
Previous technician experience preferred (but not required)
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets)
