Community Care Network is comprised of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our communities, individuals and families through responsive, innovative and collaborative human service.About the Role:Opportunities are currently available for Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with development disabilities in the community and in their homes throughout Rutland County. This position assists individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: behavioral needs, transportation, medical management, and more. This position will assist in planning and carrying out individuals' programs as well as implementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA).
