Role Responsibilities Ticket Management and meeting SLAs Reporting, budgeting, cost management, and invoicing Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with the customer Staffing / resource management Address customer escalations Manage all service / practice domains (e.g., infrastructure, cloud & security, end user services, applications, BPO, data & analytics, consulting) Establish and maintain positive client relationships at executive and managerial levels Manage programs and projects, providing guidance in adhering to client and internal delivery processes, frameworks, workflows, and requirements Support new business opportunities Provide direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function or work area Translate business plans into objectives and exercise latitude in managing operations Accomplish results through the efforts of subordinate managers and matrixed resources Integrate deep professional understanding and subject‑matter expertise Develop complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in‑depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers Use experience, innovation, and judgment to make decisions Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, managed services, or client‑facing delivery roles 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles overseeing cross‑functional or multi‑tower teams Proven experience managing end‑to‑end service delivery in complex, enterprise environments Preferred Skills, Qualifications, & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Advanced organizational and time‑management skills Ability to develop and execute complex operational and strategic plans Strong decision‑making skills using experience, data, and business judgment Experience working within large global service providers or managed services environments (e.g., NTT DATA‑type model) Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks Experience supporting business growth, renewals, or new deal pursuits Work Environment Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite in New York or New Jersey) Willingness to engage closely with client teams and leadership in a high‑visibility delivery role Compensation and Benefits The starting pay range for this remote role is $121,1260 - $269,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
