Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Perform store measurements, cycle counts, and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend solutions, and Add Value. Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart. Provide coverage during peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores often required. Maintain safety standards and promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach merchandise overhead; stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Operate store equipment; read, write, and communicate effectively. Handle birds/poultry; operate vehicles; lift up to 50 pounds.
