Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Motivation
- Assist instruct and motivate children in gymnastics and/or ninja activities
- Support lead instructors during classes and activities
Student Engagement
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Encourage children to achieve their personal best in every session
Safety & Progress Monitoring
- Monitor students progress and ensure their safety at all times
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help students grow

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for gymnastics ninja activities or youth sports
Commitment to excellence and fostering a positive environment
Previous experience working with children is a plus

Schedule
This is a part-time position. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
