Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Aurora, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7A - 7P
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for our unit, which is a Level II Trauma Center with a diverse patient population including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Assist in bedside procedures such as bronchoscopies, GI scopes, and chest tube insertions.
- Manage airway care and frequent drip titrations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Preferred: Prior Meditech experience, CVICU/CTICU experience.
