Job Full Description

Sales and Customer Service Associate - Provide efficient and effective service to exceed customer expectations while promoting products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers, determine needs, and exceed expectations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and quality product delivery.
Promote products and services.
Identify customer needs and offer additional services.
Handle mail, sales transactions, and package processing.
Operate office machines and assist customers with them.
Perform end-of-day duties and general housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

6 months to 2 years of customer service and sales experience in retail.
POS and computer experience preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
