Job Full Description Sales and Customer Service Associate - Provide efficient and effective service to exceed customer expectations while promoting products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, determine needs, and exceed expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and quality product delivery.
- Promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer additional services.
- Handle mail, sales transactions, and package processing.
- Operate office machines and assist customers with them.
- Perform end-of-day duties and general housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 6 months to 2 years of customer service and sales experience in retail.
- POS and computer experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
