Join a growing hospital offering: Competitive salary + production bonus No after-hours or on-call Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities Established 5-doctor team Strong support staff and collaborative culture The Practice Well-established, growing small animal hospital Five-veterinarian team with excellent collaboration Four exam rooms, dedicated treatment area and surgical suite On-site boarding and grooming facilities Future hospital expansion already planned Advanced equipment including ultrasound, therapeutic laser and electrosurgery Access to advanced surgical and orthopaedic case support from board-certified specialists Acupuncture services available The Role Full-time Associate Veterinarian position with a quality-focused small animal caseload: Wellness and preventative medicine Medical consultations and diagnostics Soft tissue surgery and dentistry Senior wellness and complex medical cases Average caseload of 20–25 appointments per day 20-minute wellness appointments and 30-minute sick and senior consultations Suitable for: Experienced Associate Veterinarians Team-oriented clinicians who value collaboration Veterinarians seeking improved work-life balance Part-time candidates will also be considered Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary + production bonus No after-hours or on-call Health & dental insurance 401(k) CE allowance and paid CE days Paid vacation Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative working environment Location Inwood, West Virginia offers the perfect combination of small-town living and easy access to Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland and Frederick.
