Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care for high-risk labor and delivery, including antepartum and post-partum care.
• Manage cases of pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiples, and actively assist in managing laboring patients.
• Perform and assist in indiction/augmentation of labor and manage maternal emergencies proficiently.
• Float between different units such as NICU, MB based on facility requirements.
• Conduct sterile vaginal exams and maintain central lines and perform circulatory duties in C-section surgeries.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and uphold professional healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Labor and Delivery Unit.
• Current and valid RN license in Washington or Compact State.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHMSkills, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
• Experience with charting systems, particularly Epic, is preferred.
• Ability to handle patient ratios of Labor 1:2 and AP 1:3 during all shifts.
• Proficient in managing high-risk antepartum scenarios and emergency obstetric interventions.
