Good Natured Gardening is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew in daily operations, including landscape installations and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows established safety protocols.
- Communicate project updates and progress effectively with clients and management.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safe equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and hardscaping is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
