Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring ARRT-CT certification and hands-on experience with GE equipment and Stroke Protocol.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center with outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient services
• Position is based in the CT Scan unit with float coverage between the ER and Main CT departments
• 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• On-call availability is required
• Charting is done in Epic (experience required)
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
• GE equipment experience within the last year is required
• Proficiency with Stroke Protocol is required
• Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers considered with at least 2 years of experience
• Active professional license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Scrubs may be any color; reddish-orange is not permitted
• Parking costs are covered by the facility
• Minimal RTO is preferred; any time-off requests should be disclosed upfront, as post-offer requests may be denied
