Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay.
Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, experience in marketing financial products, Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
