Job Title: Otolaryngologist – Trauma & Acute ENT Care

Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to join a dynamic, hospital-based practice specializing in trauma and emergent ENT care. This opportunity provides the chance to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on complex facial trauma, traumatic ear repairs, and laryngotracheal injuries, with an emphasis on clinical excellence and long-term career satisfaction. The chosen candidate will actively participate in inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-up clinics, contributing to a reputable healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Strong experience with traumatic and emergent ENT procedures, including external ear repair, facial trauma in collaboration with ophthalmology, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery, and laryngotracheal injury management
• Comfortable managing inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-ups
• Relevant trauma or acute care experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in trauma or hospital-based ENT practice

Other Requirements:

• License or certification as required for practice in Florida
• Ability to work a shared on/off schedule with another otolaryngologist
• Must be comfortable with trauma and emergency procedures
