Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionThe Team: Our team - Technology Management - is part of a larger Project Management Organization (PMO) that supports enterprise infrastructure initiatives across multiple U.S. locations, including Denver, California, Austin, and Ashburn. This role will work with a team of experienced Project Managers while collaborating with a broader network of approximately 20 project and program managers across the organization.The team partners with a diverse group of technical specialists responsible for all aspects of infrastructure, including solution design, compute, network, security, cloud, storage, and data center services. Projects range from infrastructure modernization and cloud initiatives to data center and platform-related efforts, providing broad exposure to project management practices, technology operations, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.The Opportunity:We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and passionate Project Manager who excels with complex challenges and is a natural problem solver. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as neededProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Interest in Technology and Infrastructure-related project management workPreferred Qualifications:Concentration or academic focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, business coursework is a plusSolid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategicallyIndependent judgement and mature decision-making skills to lead technology office projects that often have enterprise-wide scope and may have significant cost and time-to-market impactsStrong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practicesInformation for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $79,800.00 to $ 124,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
