Pharmacist
Duties:
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor medication therapy and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Counsel patients and healthcare staff regarding medications, dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
- Participate in medication reconciliation and patient-care planning.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation..
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed in the State of Iowa as a Registered Pharmacist – required
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy – required
- 2–4 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting – required
- Strong knowledge of medication management, pharmacotherapy, and patient safety.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: $53.00-$74.00/HR
