POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:/pulliGraduate of an accredited school of nursing./lili2 years experience as an Emergency Room Nurse./liliCurrent licensure in good standing in California./liliACLS, PALS, and CPR certification mandatory. Need to have TNCC within one year of hire date./liliAbility to work with others at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively./liliAbove-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills./liliMust be a team player to all departments, confidential of sensitive data, respectful of all other staff members, considerate of other peoples time, and accountable for work output./liliAll of our Nursing Staff is in Carobbean Blue scrubs. This is a requirement for accepting the position./liliAll temporary workers need to complete a Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually. To be proactive I would like this to be collected from the agency prior to start rather than have to track when each of them hit 100 hours worked or 30 calendar days after start. This needs to start happening now since this was effective 1/1/21.
