DESCRIPTION:

Ox Exteriors, LLC is a turnkey exterior contractor serving residential and commercial builders in Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Alabama. We install vinyl and fiber cement siding, roofing, gutters, and motorized screens.

We are adding a Senior Estimator to co-lead our estimating team. You will report to the VP of Operations, work alongside our existing Senior Estimator, produce estimates yourself, and help set the standards the team works to. Your estimates drive procurement and field work, so accuracy shows up on every job.

What You Will Do

- Complete material takeoffs in PlanSwift and produce estimates for vinyl and fiber cement siding, roofing, and gutter work

- Build bills of materials and scopes of work that hold up through procurement and installation

- Co-lead the estimating team and coach junior estimators

- Upload estimates and job documents to JobNimbus and support the handoff to project management

- Compare awarded jobs to the original estimate and use the results to tighten future bids

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in exterior trades on new construction

- PlanSwift proficiency strongly preferred

- Experience leading or influencing an estimating team

- Attention to detail and ownership of margin accuracy

- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

What We Offer

- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience

- Performance bonus tied to bid accuracy and project margin performance

- Salaried position, Monday through Friday

This is primarily an office-based role with hybrid flexibility available. Regular in-office presence in Hendersonville, TN is required. You must live within commuting distance of Hendersonville. Relocation assistance is not available.
