CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ????

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a growing HVAC team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle 70+ incoming calls per day
- Schedule HVAC service appointments
- Enter customer and job details accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch and office staff
- Handle reschedules, cancellations, and updates
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent service
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- HVAC, dispatch, appointment scheduling, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
