Position Key Sales Associate Responsibilities Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and objections. Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits. Offer extended service plans and financing options. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve individual and team sales goals. May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. Qualifications One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required. Total Rewards Base pay, $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
