Accountant

Hiring an Accountant Job Duties: - Prepare, maintain, and analyze accurate financial records, accounting reports, and financial statements. - Record and reconcile financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and journal entries. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring. - Review financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. - Assist with tax preparation, audits, and compliance with applicable accounting regulations. - Maintain organized financial documentation and confidential accounting records. - Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to process transactions and generate reports. - Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures, company policies, and applicable standards. - Communicate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding accounting and financial matters. - Perform other related accounting duties as assigned. Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience. - Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
