FP&A Analyst

A well-established, family-owned manufacturer is looking for an FP&A Analyst to own their rolling forecast, annual budget process, and variance reporting. This is a hands-on seat on a lean, growing finance team that's actively building AI-assisted workflows into everyday analytical work, not a "nice to have," but genuinely part of how the team operates.

You'll build and maintain financial models, partner directly with department leaders on budget-to-actual analysis, and have real input into the tools and processes the team uses going forward. This is a hybrid role based out of Eastern Washington, ideal for someone based in or open to regularly commuting from the broader Pacific Northwest. Location : 3x/week on-site in Pullman, WA


What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Genuine, active use of AI/LLM tools in your analytical work
• Manufacturing or SaaS industry background is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000
