Marketing Manager

Western States Metal Roofing is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of metal roofing and siding products. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands that marketing isn't measured by likes and impressions—it's measured by leads, opportunities, and sales. If your idea of marketing is simply scheduling posts and making graphics, this isn't the position for you. We're looking for someone who can build strategy, execute campaigns, analyze data, improve SEO, manage digital advertising, create compelling content, and most importantly, drive measurable business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads Manage and improve SEO and website performance Oversee social media strategy across all platforms Create and coordinate content including blogs, videos, email campaigns, and product launches Analyze marketing analytics and provide actionable reporting Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals Manage outside agencies and vendors when necessary Develop marketing calendars and campaign plans Stay ahead of industry trends and AI-driven marketing technologies What We're Looking For Proven experience leading marketing initiatives that produced measurable results Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to think strategically while executing tactically Comfortable making decisions based on data, not opinions Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, building products, or B2B marketing is a major plus The Right Person You are: Competitive Results-driven Creative but analytical Organized and accountable Constantly looking for ways to improve Comfortable being challenged and held accountable for performance The Wrong Person This position is probably not for you if: You believe success is measured by likes and followers alone You need constant direction on what to do next You avoid analytics and performance metrics You prefer activity over results Why Join Western States Metal Roofing?
