Location: Okeechobee, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, providing essential evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, with an emphasis on collaboration and team support to meet patient care goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Strive to meet the goal of three units of therapy per hour worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• PT or DPT degree.
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
