Complaints/Grievance Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary

Manages intake, documentation, and District notification for claimant complaints regarding services provided under the contract.

Key Responsibilities

Notify the District in writing addressing each formal written complaint filed by a claimant.
When a complaint is received directly by PFS, promptly notify the Contract Administrator and the District's Medical Relations Officer.
Maintain a complaint log documenting resolution status and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or grievance handling in a healthcare or government-contracting setting preferred.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
