Position Summary
Manages intake, documentation, and District notification for claimant complaints regarding services provided under the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Notify the District in writing addressing each formal written complaint filed by a claimant.
- When a complaint is received directly by PFS, promptly notify the Contract Administrator and the District's Medical Relations Officer.
- Maintain a complaint log documenting resolution status and timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or grievance handling in a healthcare or government-contracting setting preferred.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
