Key responsibilities Own go-to-market strategy for new and evolving products, defining audiences and core value propositions Develop cross-channel creative strategies, determining the optimal mix and volume of creative across various platforms Analyze creative performance data, providing insights to product managers and guiding creative briefs for effective market execution Required qualifications 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting or investment banking and 3+ years in consumer product marketing or growth roles Strong brand instinct and a deep understanding of effective creative messaging Proficient in analyzing performance data across multiple channels to inform strategic decisions Experience in startups, demonstrating the ability to drive measurable growth in fast-paced environments Expertise in building AI workflows that enhance team productivity and decision-making
