LICSW-HYBRID POSITION

Our client located in the Randolph; New Hampshire area is looking for a LICSW/Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join their team. Enjoy a full-time permanent position that offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits including 4 weeks of PTO/year. 

Job Responsibilities of the LICSW:

• Works directly in treatment relationship with patients and families, individually or in groups.
• Ensures service quality and participates in care coordination to ensure proper communication between medical providers, patients and referral sources.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Maintain current practice knowledge.
• Interprets psychiatric treatment to patient’s family/caregivers as allowed and appropriate and helps reduce the fear and other attitudes obstructing acceptance of psychiatric care and continuation of treatment.
• Helps patient and family through individual or group conferences to understand, accept and follow treatment recommendations.
• Supports, consults and trains staff on substance abuse and mental health issues.
• Documents progress/data/plan of service in the Electronic Medical Record utilizing objective, measurable methods.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a LICSW
• Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
