Responsibilities
- Provide direct Speech-Language Pathology services to students in a school setting, including evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, screen as needed, and contribute to IEP development and goal setting
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques for articulation, language, voice, and fluency as appropriate; document progress using district data systems
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other allied health staff; participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate, confidential student records and ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations
- Communicate with families regarding evaluation results, progress, and recommendations

Requirements
- Active Washington State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a school setting and adapt to classroom schedules; capable of navigating a multi-classroom environment
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with district credentialing requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
