Make a Difference as a Warehouse Manager As the Warehouse Manager at Riverside Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team dedicated to efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising associates, optimizing staff efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. You will spearhead initiatives to improve warehouse functions, conduct monthly P&L reviews, and participate in Quality Management System processes. By leading Corrective Actions and Preventive Action investigations, authoring warehouse processes, and maintaining operational standards, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement and success of our distribution services. Requirements To excel in the Warehouse Manager role at Riverside Logistics, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field being preferred. Additionally, three to five years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in WMS & QMS Systems are essential. Knowledge of ISO regulatory requirements, Hazmat procedures, and experience with material handling equipment operation are valuable assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating and analyzing operational reports in Excel, is crucial. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to follow instructions effectively, lift items up to 50 pounds, and obtain a Riverside Operator's License within 30 days of employment.
