Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting from the initial intake to successful closure.
- Serve as a Trusted Client Partner, fully grasping their hiring needs and workplace culture.
- Engage in Strategic Sourcing using our proprietary CRM / ATS alongside your existing connections and our innovative communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, streamline outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver lasting value for clients and high commissions for you.
- Participate in Thought Leadership to enhance both MLR's and your own brand visibility.
