It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description****Key Responsibilities:*** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals.* Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs.* Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.* Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.* Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions and transactions.* Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of banking products and services.**Qualifications:*** Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,* At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses* Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets* Proven track record in developing SME business* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams## **Additional Requirements**Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
