8hr & 12hrs Shifts. +Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will be respon8sible for assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting a positive and respectful culture. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Assist with vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

• Support residents with mobility and ambulation, as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents and colleagues
