Job Description

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. By achieving sales goals and providing personalized solutions for eyewear and apparel, you will help customers enhance their performance through your expertise and passion. Main responsibilities include: stimulating sales and building relationships, becoming an expert in vision, learning and developing, collaborating and contributing, creating a welcoming store atmosphere, and fostering inclusion and respect.

What We Are Looking For

Passion for customer service, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm to help others and create great experiences is essential. Sense of sales, thriving in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to retain customers and boost sales. Proficiency in technology and attention to detail, a keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look. Personal motivation and adaptability, remaining driven and resilient, adapting to fast-paced environments and always seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $20.68 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
