NeighborHealth's Population Health Analyst supports regulatory reporting, population health and value-based care initiatives, and ACO performance. The analyst collects, validates, analyzes, and reports data to ensure compliance and to drive improved clinical and financial outcomes. Works with external partners including ACO networks, payers, state agencies, and data vendors.
