DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER REVENUE OPERATOR

Zenescope Entertainment is seeking a Direct-to-Consumer Revenue Operator to help grow our online business. This is not a traditional marketing position. We are not looking for someone whose primary skill is creating social posts or updating websites. We are looking for someone who understands how to drive revenue. Our business sells comics, collectibles, trading cards, art prints, subscriptions, memberships, and limited-edition products directly to consumers through Shopify, email marketing, livestream events, and special promotions. Responsibilities: Own webstore revenue performance Plan and execute promotional calendars Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo Merchandise products and collections on Shopify Develop offers, bundles, motivators, and sales campaigns Analyze sales performance and recommend actions Work with creative, sales, and operations teams Help grow revenue, AOV, and customer engagement Ideal Candidates Have: Experience running an online store Experience selling collectibles, hobby products, trading cards, comics, toys, fandom products, or similar categories Shopify experience Klaviyo experience Strong understanding of conversion and customer behavior Proven examples of increasing online revenue Bonus Points: You currently run or have run your own online store You have sold through Shopify, eBay, Whatnot, Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms You are passionate about pop culture, collectibles, comics, gaming, sports cards, or fandom brands Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance incentives tied directly to revenue growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Public Radio
