Job Title: Travel RN - OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Hospital Acute Care OR RN experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of current Hospital Acute Care OR RN experience - BLS & ACLS Description: This is a travel position for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The unit features 23 operating rooms with a team of 70 staff members. Staffing includes a charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, and sitters. Patient ratios are typically 1:1. The equipment used includes electronic medical records. Candidates should have experience in elective surgical cases such as orthopedic, spine, general, cardiovascular, plastic, gynecological, robotic, and urological surgeries. No trauma cases are performed on this unit. Candidates who are flexible and have a strong ability to work in a team environment will be favored. This position offers an opportunity to work with new equipment and technology within a supportive and collaborative team setting.
